Please note that while our warranty provides coverage for manufacturing defects and faults, it does not extend to cover for accidental damage or wear and tear.

We recommend handling your watch with care to avoid any accidental damage.

With our warranty in place, you can shop with confidence, knowing that we are committed to providing you with reliable timepieces and excellent customer service.

Payment methods currently available are:

We are working on other payment methods such as PayPal or Stripe payment gatways. 

After confirming your order, AR Lux Watches will dispatch the products ordered within a maximum period of 48 working hours. Upon receiving the goods, it is essential for you to inspect the delivery before signing the delivery slip.

Please ensure that the delivery matches your order in terms of products and quantities ordered, and that the products have not sustained any damage during transport. If you discover any damage to a product that compromises its essential characteristics, we kindly ask you to refuse receipt of the item and inform us within 7 days.

Failure to notify us of any damages within this timeframe will result in the products being deemed received in good condition. Please note that AR Lux Watches cannot be held responsible for possible delivery delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, any delays do not entitle the customer to claim damages.

At AR Lux Watches, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.

No need to worry. Our delivery partner will call you beforehand to notify you of the delivery and then deliver the package to the address you have indicated. You will be asked for proof of identity upon receipt of the package. If after confirming your presence to the delivery person, you are not present when the delivery person passes, additional costs of 30 DH will apply to the next delivery.
